1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items such as sale items, intimate wear, or custom-made products are not eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong or damaged item).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the wrong size/color (subject to availability).

  • To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the product back.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or wrong items sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Personal care items (earrings, undergarments, etc.)
